The hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect for exploring and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Krakow. This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, located on a busy pedestrian street filled with numerous shops. Not only is it in the very center of the city, but it's also just a short walk from the Old Town Square. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and friendly service. The breakfast offered is delicious, providing a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel offers great facilities such as free WiFi and a helpful reception staff.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations to improve the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the bedroom was super clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast with a great variety of tasty food. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information, including parking options. The parking was convenient and a big advantage for us. the hotel's location in the center of the old city, close to the main square, made it easy for us to walk everywhere and explore this beautiful city.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the Old Town. It's just a short walk to the main square and right on top of the bustling shopping street. Being in the pedestrian area, it's really convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any request. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view from the window in the ceiling. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with some daily changes that kept things interesting.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.
